ABOUT REIKI

Reiki is a form of alternative therapy as energy healing support (and relaxation) which has become popular with many people. Reiki aims to change and balance the energy fields in and around the body and helps promote healing and relaxation on a physical, emotional, mental, and spiritual level. There are many highly beneficial and enjoyable benefits.

The Japanese word Reiki means universal energy (also known as Chi in China and Prana in India) and is from a healing art that was developed in the early 20th century, (although forms of energy healing have been used as far back as ancient Egyptian times, and even before)!

IN-PERSON

Reiki sessions are provided in person 1 to 1 at my treatment room close to the centre of Plymouth, Devon. This relaxing session is usually 45minutes to 1 hour in length.

 

The first session will be slightly longer to allow for an intitial client consultation with you at the beginning.

NUMBER OF SESSIONS 

Please note if you are seeking support with a long term or acute health condition whether physical or mental then it is likely that you will need a block of sessions in order to effect the progress you require.

​

Usually 6 sessions is typically recommended however each person and situation is unique and sometimes more are beneficial. I will be able to guide you after the intial consultation.

In my experience however it very much depends on the nature of the presenting condition/challenge and the individual as each situation is unique.

SESSION LENGTH & PAYMENT

Sessions can either be purchased singularly or as a block of sessions.

COST

The first in-person session with me, including full in-depth initial consultation and treatment is £55, for approx. 1hour 15 mins, including follow up guidance.

​

Single in-person follow-up sessions are £50, per hour, incuding post session feedback & guidance.

​

A Block Course of 6 In-Person sessions - including initial client consultation appointment, email followup after each session including any individual intuitive guidance throughout treatment is £270

(*This is a special discounted price for booking a block of six sessions).

Distance Reiki sessions are also available please email me for more information or to book. These also include email follow up and individual intuitive guidance post-session.
