Learn Reiki Level 1 (Usui Ryoho 1st degree - Beginners) one day workshop

Learn the beautiful art of Reiki for yourself with Reiki 1st Degree (level 1 for beginners) in this one day workshop in our beautiful East Devon countryside venue, Newton Poppleford, Devon. 

For many this is the starting point of an incredible lifelong journey of discovery in learning energy healing and specifically Usui Reiki. This day is also intended to be an opportunity of a full day to yourself of self-care in an uplifting stimulating environment learning a skill that will serve and support you and many others for a lifetime.

In Level 1 you are attuned to Reiki, your ability to give Reiki is opened up, and you are taught how to give Reiki in person and how to work with Reiki energy. Level 1 is for your own healing and is suitable for all beginners but as a Reiki 1 practitioner you will not only be able to give healing to your self, you will also be able to provide healing support to family, friends and pets.

Places are limited at this workshop as it will be a small group so there will be plenty of time to ease into the learning allowing integration of your own learning style and pace, with plenty of opportunity to ask questions, receive personal support and have some fun too.

• A 1:1 combined Reiki Treatment and Mentor Follow-up session with me, (post-workshop after the 21 day self treatment period)

• What Reiki is and how it works
• The Reiki Principles
• The Energy field and introduction to the chakras
• Aura Scanning
• Practical application and practice
• Protection, cleansing & grounding rituals, and meditation
• Your higher self & your ego, including using your intuition and boundaries
• Hand placements
• Working with living things, animals, nature, crystals
• 21 day self-treatment (self-cleansing & healing period)
• Daily Self-Practice
• Reiki Ethics
• Suggestions of books and resources and information on associations
• Next steps  - different Reiki levels, further development, complimentary modalities

COST: The cost for the full day is £110, which includes your Reiki manual, level 1 attunements, your certificate and ongoing support, plus a 1-2-1 follow up session with me.
